Shipping

• Live animals ship via overnight courier only, Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
• Heat or cold packs are included automatically based on your location's forecast at ship time.
• You'll receive tracking information as soon as your animal ships, along with an estimated delivery window.
• Buyers must track their shipment and collect it from the approved FedEx Ship Center within two hours of FedEx marking it available for pickup. Home delivery is not offered.

Local pickup is available by appointment. Reach out through our Contact page to arrange a time.

Live Arrival Guarantee

• All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive when shipping instructions are followed and the package is opened within 2 hours of delivery.
• If your animal arrives deceased or in distress, contact us immediately with clear photos or video of the animal still in the shipping container.
• Claims made outside this window, or without proper documentation, may not be eligible for guarantee coverage.

Weather Holds

We monitor weather along shipping routes and will hold or delay shipments if extreme temperatures put an animal at risk in transit. Your animal's safety takes priority over shipping schedules.
